To enable Urban Owners to maintain our customer service to this number of clients, we have consistently invested in the processes and staff involved with managing this number of blocks. As a result Urban Owners have sought new offices to accommodate existing and planned staffing levels for the forthcoming years and took this opportunity to relocate to a more central location, one with greater transport links to better serve our existing and potential clients.
Although the postal address of the London Office has changed, all other correspondence including telephone numbers and email addresses have remained the same, enabling a constant communication link between Urban Owners and our clients.
On a side note, the Sheffield Office has been successfully running for five months, has recently recruited additional staff and is serving both Urban Owners and our clients well as the base for all solicitors and Right to Manage enquiries.
